We love God more than anyone or anything and earnestly hope to please Him, trust Him, and increase in faith. We love Him unconditionally, for who He is, not for what He does. Regardless of what we go through in the natural, we adore Him, and our devotion remains.
We lay down everyone and everything on the altar. God tested Abraham on this love. God asked him to give the son he loved as a burnt offering. The same way Father God so loved that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believed in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. We base our surrender to God on our trust in Him.
We think about the Lord, talk to Him, sing to Him, and grow in our knowledge and love of all that He is! The Lord answers our prayers for His love to flow in and through us. Love never fails. It is the greatest gift, the greatest message and the greatest weapon. We can rest in our relationship with Him, safe, from glory to glory!
Matthew 22:37-39 “ Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’“
