God works all things together for the good. Every person and every part matters. He speaks to all who have a part to perform for the whole to be achieved. Considering the whole helps us handle our part. It’s important to know that whoever He leads us to speak to, or meet with, He has already prepared accordingly.
A known expression is “we can’t see the forest for the trees”. We are stronger together. Counting on what only one tree can accomplish might bring fear, loneliness, and doubt. Knowing we are part of the forest brings faith, unity, and great expectations. We cannot water one tree without it touching the other trees. Our Lord plants us and we cannot transplant ourselves into a place where He is not tending to our purpose.
Many times, some things are not happening because God is working on areas that are unknown to us. What God is doing is not always obvious, but we can trust that it’s for the best in everyone’s circumstances. When we move on to something new, we can depend on what He has laid out for us. He has an amazing way of putting things together, from glory to glory!

Have we ever had a boss, principal, teacher, or pastor call us into their office? When they did, we thought, “This can’t be good. What have I done wrong?” These thoughts came from the lies satan speaks to make us expect the worst instead of the best. We learn to rebuke fear, trust and expect the best, because of God’s call upon our lives!
God calls us in when we spend more and more time in worship; when we are so intimate in our prayer time with Him that all else becomes invisible; when He has specific instructions to give us for what He wants us to do. The Spirit of God gently tugs on our hearts until we stop long enough to pay attention to His calling. His guiding light never turns off. Hallelujah!
Even in situations where others might call us in to give us bad news, God will somehow turn it around. The next time someone calls us in, let’s ask, Lord, I wonder what you are working on in my life! We can expect the outcome to be glorious. In all situations, we can depend on God’s calling to supersede all others as He takes us, from glory to glory!

Whatever we think God is doing in our lives, we quickly find out He truly is doing much more. It’s as though we walk on a dot-to-dot pathway. With every step we take, a dot connects to another, and the picture becomes clearer. We not only go from dot-to-dot, but we are all like dots that God connects to accomplish His purpose.
We can’t guess what the full picture will be because each dot reveals something new of great importance to the whole. We can’t assume we know how each part connects, but we trust God is working everything together for our good. We are His workmanship. He cares for us and even though we may not know what our tomorrow holds—we know He holds our tomorrow, and we rest in Him.
We enjoy the journey moving from dot-to-dot knowing the next destination is only a new season, not the end. Even when we think nothing is moving, something is; we are just not aware of it. Constantly trusting there is more to attain helps us remain hopeful and not get discouraged. Going from dot-to-dot means there is more, from glory to glory!
