Let’s Worship
Our Heavenly Father is seeking those who worship Him in spirit and in truth. The idea of God finding us the moment we worship Him leads us to do so even more. With our heart turned towards Him, we embrace Him through our words, tears, and expressions of love. We rejoice in worshiping Abba Father and giving Him glory and honor because of who He is.
It is imperative that when we feel the most oppressed, attacked, or in warfare that we rise and worship. When we worship, we submit to God, resist satan, and cause him to flee from every area of our lives. In doing so, we get closer to what is of God, and further away from what is of the enemy. In that place of intimacy, nothing can come between us and the awesomeness of God’s glory.
If we ever need to feel closer to God, let’s worship. When depression tries to come upon us, let’s worship. When darkness increases in the world, let’s worship. When we don’t know what to do, let’s worship. No matter what it takes or where we are, we press through to worship, from glory to glory!
John 4:23-24 “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
