Let Go!

Let Go!

And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: ‘Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever.’ – Gen. 13:14-15

In our pursuit of God’s divine plan, we often encounter the need to release certain aspects of our lives. It might be a habit, a distraction, or even a relationship. As we earnestly seek His will, the Lord reveals these areas to us. While letting go isn’t always easy, He will enable us to obey His guidance. We let go to let God do whatever He wills, placing our trust in His sovereign ways and relying on His grace.

Navigating separations in relationships can be challenging. God may lead us away from those with whom constant strife prevails, when peace and reconciliation seem unattainable. It doesn’t imply wrongdoing on either side; instead, it signifies a need to follow separate paths in the upcoming season.

Regardless of the type of separation, it’s crucial to remember that we are always separated from something in order to be separated for something better. God often waits until after the separation to show us the purpose behind it. Let us praise Him for not allowing us to stay where we are; for separating things from us because of what He has for us, from glory to glory!
