The One in us is greater than the one who is in the world. Jesus Christ is greater than any problem, temptation, or trial that we may face. Instead of walking by fear, we walk by faith because of the overcomer who dwell in our hearts.
In the past, we may have attempted to build walls to protect us from attacks. These walls ended up isolating us and keeping us away from divine opportunities. Walls built from fear do not bring protection but hinder us from the victorious position we have in Christ. Our shield of faith guards us from all the fiery darts of the enemy. God’s presence in us enables us to stand as champions because we have on the whole armor of God.
We may understand that Christ is greater than what comes against us. But when we comprehend, He is greater in us, walls crumble, and the peace of God saturates our being. When we come face to face with our humanity, we cannot question our divine identity. It’s then that we must recognize the treasure we have as earthen vessels: Christ Himself in us, with us and for us, from glory to glory!
