“It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.”  – Is. 10:27

The anointing of God destroys every yoke and releases us to move forward as we seek to walk in the freedom we have in Christ. One yoke it destroys is the spirit of offense. Holding on offenses holds us back. When we dwell on what is behind us, we are not free to lay hold of what is before us.

God’s will is to release us into our destiny with no strings attached. We can be free from restraining ties, and able to let go of everything that tries to hold on to us destructively. Offenses do come, but we do not grab them when they do. We must forgive, and by the anointing of God, move past all things that try to keep us stuck.

Our desire not to quench the Holy Spirit encourages us to pursue our freedom from offenses. Seeing the Christ in us, and in others, enables us to walk in love. If anything has happened in our past that is hindering our tomorrow, we release it to the Lord. He empowers us to do so by His grace and, as we do so, we are released to go forth, from glory to glory!
