When facing a tragic event, anger, pain, or grief can be overwhelming. What adds fuel to the fire is the shock. Unbelievable! How can this happen? We wonder in shock and unbelief. Leaving the why in God’s hands and trusting Him with the unknown enables us to stand and not lose hope. When something unbelievable happens, what we believe carries us through.
We believe the devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy; but Jesus came and is here to give us His abundant life. By His grace, we stand when tragedy strikes. Even though we don’t understand the circumstances, we rest in the Lord, knowing He is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. Steadfast in faith, we have hope and a peace that surpasses all understanding.
The Holy Spirit comforts, embraces and restores. Daily, we love, comfort, and embrace our loved ones. With care, we listen to their pain, fears, and questions. Let us share our faith and the strength that is available to all in the Lord and the power of His might. When no words can express what is in a heart, God’s word still speaks. He hears, cares, and provides healing and hope, from glory to glory!
