Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, – Ps. 107:2
Jesus is our redeemer! Hallelujah! Our Savior. He died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins and rose on the third day. The message of the cross manifests the power of God. There is no greater message. We believe it happened, but as we come to understand what it means, our faith grows in all its benefits, from faith to faith.
We cannot celebrate the resurrection of Jesus without understanding His crucifixion. Comprehending it also enables us to reckon, identify with His crucifixion and His resurrection. Our co-crucifixion and co-resurrection are a reality that is life transforming.
A penalty for sin needed to be paid. Jesus gave His life a ransom for us. With His own blood, He obtained eternal redemption (Hebrews 9:12). He delivered us from the penalty of sin. We are currently being delivered from the power of sin through the Holy Spirit and will be delivered from the presence of sin eternally. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!
We believe in our redemption, reconciliation, and righteousness through Christ. The Lord wiped out the handwriting requirement that was against us and nailed to the cross. We rejoice in our salvation and give God praise, honor, and glory. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, from glory to glory!

Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’- Matthew 22:37-39.
It’s during our trials that our adversary, satan, tries to cause us to love God less. Since he who fears has not been made perfect in love (1 John 4:18), he uses fear. His lies say we will not make it, and God doesn’t care about us. As a result, He tempts us to love God less. The Spirit of God does the opposite: He empowers us and increases our love.
There is nothing we can do for God to love us less. He has already showed His love for us through the sacrifice of Jesus. Father God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believed in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). We can rest in His love and love Him wholeheartedly.
Love never fails. It is the greatest gift, the greatest message, and the greatest weapon. Let’s pray to believe and receive more of His love! He will surely answer our prayer. As we commune with Him, in worship and adoration, we will love Him, and others, with all our hearts, from glory to glory!

And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. – Mat. 8:7-8
I had hoped Jesus would come into my apartment, like I had heard He did in other people’s lives. I believed He would just walk in with provisions in His hands, touch us, and keep us safe. What Jesus told the centurion showed a much greater faith than mine. He was telling him; you do not even have to come. Just speak a word and my servant will be healed. As the Spirit illuminated this scripture, I heard, “Have faith in me, my daughter. I am here, always.”
Recognizing His presence became a daily pursuit. At His feet, I could walk. Without Him, I could not. As I grew in fellowship with Him, my faith grew. Provisions were still lacking in the natural, but I began expecting them, trusting the Lord’s ways: the unexpected check in the mail from a stranger at church, a $10 bill placed in one of my coat pockets, and much more.
Great faith is having no need to see Jesus to know that He is there, or to see the provisions to know they are coming. We receive the manifestation before we see it. Great faith looks unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Great faith does not let the circumstances dictate our expectations. We walk by faith, from glory to glory!

Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.- Ps. 62:8
One tactic of our adversary is to hinder us from seeking the Lord in our daily steps. We might get too busy or distracted and only turn to the Lord after our endeavors, instead of before. Taking one moment, even a few seconds, to yield to the presence and power of the Lord before we do things makes way for His ability to flow through us.
In the natural, we do not have time for that extra moment, but in the spirit it is necessary. As soon as we take that moment, time is extended. God redeems our time and enables us to complete our tasks with grace. Just one moment before we speak, proceed to an important task, or confront a conflict.
Wherever we are, right now, let’s take that moment. Lord, thank you for your presence. I yield to your wisdom, ability, and grace. Help me fully trust you. I receive your love, strength and peace, as I walk with you, from glory to glory!

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.’ – John 8:12
As we follow Jesus, the Light of the World, we do not walk in darkness because of the Spirit of God. Light is one symbol of the Holy Spirit. He illuminates and breathes life in the Word of God. A word we read in the Bible, in a sermon, or in our communication with the Lord and others jumps at us. It’s personal and no one else receives the same. He zooms in on what we need and shines like a floodlight.
The Holy Spirit leads us with peace, clarity, and surety in our steps. His revelation and wisdom bypass our natural understanding. Thoughts to do this or that drop in our spirit. Big things. Little things. Call someone; check on something; do not go there; an undeniable prompting. As we obey, we find His protection and empowerment. The bigger picture unfolds.
To turn on the switch, we remind ourselves of the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit in our loves. With gratitude, we yield to Him, seek His guidance, and receive it in faith. In humility, we pray for Him to remove any blindness and for more spiritual sight. He draws us to know Jesus more and more and to recognize His workings in our lives, from glory to glory

You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil. Therefore, I say to you her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.- Luke 7:46-47
How can God love us after all the wrong we have done? Does He really forgive us? What if we do something else, think the wrong things, say the wrong words, or make the wrong decisions? Is the love of God truly unconditional? We have pondered many of these questions. We grasp the answers to the extent we rest in the Lord.
God does not forgive us because we are suddenly good. He forgives us because Jesus paid the penalty for our sins. As we believe this truth, we walk in newness of life. When we have been forgiven of much, we love much. The conviction that comes when we fall short draws us closer to the Lord and causes us to love Him even more. We don’t confess our sins to earn forgiveness, but to walk in the freedom we have in Christ.
As we walk in our transformation, others may not forgive us for our past mistakes or judge us today because of our yesterdays. Knowing the victory and freedom we have in Christ helps us remain free from needing other’s approvals or affirmations. We can forgive ourselves because God has forgiven us. We stand in awe of the finished work on the cross, from glory to glory!
