Paradigm Shift

Paradigm Shift

A paradigm shift is defined as a radical change in underlying beliefs or theory. As the Holy Spirit molds us into the image of Christ, He causes various paradigm shifts in our lives to align us with Christ, the Head of the Church. He quickens us to reach for the new with surety in our steps. A divine order is set in place swiftly and divine wisdom can be seen in every detail.

The Spirit of Christ will suddenly change our thoughts and our beliefs to align with truth. A paradigm shift changes the way we see things, instantly and permanently. It causes everyone in our lives to move from any place outside the divine path of God, into their ordained position in Christ. It frees us from bondages we could not disconnect on our own. Wrong mindsets are shifted to obey the Lord. The truth we suddenly know puts us in a new position. Everything starts moving because God has moved us into a new place.

As we call unto God, we can trust He answers us, all the time. He answers by showing us great and mighty things of which we have no knowledge. He shifts our understanding by renewing our minds so that we are not conformed to this world, but transformed into His image. When the timing of God’s perfect will is here, a paradigm shift suddenly occurs and nothing remains the same. We are empowered in new ways to move from glory to glory!

Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”

Faith Lift

Faith Lift

Transition is preparation for position. In that training period, we are not sure we are learning what is needed because we do not yet know the specifics of these teachings. The upcoming position God has for us has not yet been revealed; therefore, we have no knowledge of what it will entail. It’s a place where only faith works.

At times God gives us experiences and teaches us the lessons from them later. When we are in a shift, He gives us lessons to prepare us for future encounters. It’s not until after the tests that we realize we were in them. The testing pertains to truths we have already acquired. One of these is the assurance that the Lord is preparing us. We recognize there is groundwork happening by the moving in our heart. What used to feel comfortable doesn’t any more. Restlessness occurs. What was fulfilling is not fulfilling any longer. We long for what God has for us next, and know it will be amazing.

In that transition, faith in the unknown is activated in new measure. The Spirit of God gives us a faith lift. The faith He imparts to us lifts us above what is familiar so we can be ready – to be where we have never been. We soar like eagles. The best is yet to come indeed, from glory to glory!

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
