We do not seek healing, but the Healer; not the gift, but the Giver; not the provisions, but the Provider; not deliverance, but the Deliverer. When we seek the answer to our prayers and omit to seek Him, we don’t have confidence that He heard our petition.
When we look for our car keys to go somewhere, nothing else matters. Our drive is such, we cannot do anything else until we find them. We are to seek the Lord with the same fervor. When we seek Him, we find Him. God doesn’t hide from us but is always within our reach.
Whatever battle we face, we win as we come face to face with Him. In that place, He provides us with the right ammunition and instruction to war effectively. He gives us what we need specifically. That response from the Lord is what we aim directly at the enemy when we pray.
It’s difficult to stand in our trials when we don’t have the assurance of His presence. The moment we are in His presence, we can see Him amid our trial. We look for Him in all things from glory to glory!
Hosea 10:12 “Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy; Break up your fallow ground, For it is time to seek the LORD, Till He comes and rains righteousness on you.”
